is the CEO and a shareholder of OCI. He has worked in the mortgage business in Seattle, Washington for more than thirty-five years. Prior to establishing Olympic Coast Investment, Inc., Mr. Hoss served as the CEO and Senior Vice-President of Pacific Coast Investment Company and owned a minority interest in that company. He worked twenty-six years with Pacific Coast Investment Company.
is the President and a shareholder of Olympic Coast Investment, Inc. After attending Arizona State University, he worked as an Account Executive for Pacific Coast Investment Company.
joined OCI in October, 1997 as an Account Executive. Eric attended Western Washington University where he was a 4-year football letterman, and graduated in 1992 with a degree in Finance. Along with his previous background as a residential loan officer, Eric brings to the table over three years of experience as a fully licensed financial consultant with Salomon Smith Barney (formerly Smith Barney).
joined OCI in November 1999 as an Account Executive. After graduating from Carroll College in 1993, Kurt spent three years with Deloitte & Touche LLP as a report analyst. Kurt also has over two years experience with Morgan Stanley Private Client Group as a financial advisor.
joined OCI in August 2006 as an Account Executive. After graduating from Western Washington University with a degree in Finance, Jeff spent 9 years as fully licensed Financial Consultant with Morgan Stanley and Smith Barney. He also spent 1 year with New Century Mortgage as a wholesale Account Executive.
joined OCI in January, 2011 as an Account Executive. Jeromy attended Western Washington University where he played football and graduated in 2003. Since graduation from Western, Jeromy has received multiple awards and honors for achievement while employed with Cintas and Grainger. Jeromy started his own small business in 2006, which he continues to own and operate today.
From the initial loan application and funding, to the monthly servicing of the investors' account, our support staff handles every transaction with speed and professionalism. The loan and investment process continues long after the loan closes or the investment is sold. It is for this reason that our support staff is more than double the size of our sales force.
